This Notice of Intended Procurement is issued by the Town of Whitby for procurements covered by CFTA and CETA (Article 19.6 and Article 19.8, Qualifications of Suppliers), to provide summary information in relation to specific procurement, as detailed below.
The Town of Whitby located at 575 Rossland Road East, Whitby, Ontario, Canada L1N 2M8, invites Proposals from Workday Approved Partners authorized in Canada to implement the Workday Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solution. The Town selected the Workday ERP solution through competitive bid (NRFP-78-2021) the Proponent must have experience in implementing the Workday ERP solution within a Canadian municipal government environment (for Core Financials and Financial Planning) and within Canada (for Core Human Capital Management and Payroll).
The invited Workday Approved Partners authorized in Canada include the following: Accenture, Deloitte, IBM, Kainos, KPMG LLP, Mercer, OneSource Virtual, PwC, Workday. Any vendor who considers themselves a Workday Approved Partner authorized in Canada and are not listed must email squiresk@whitby.ca prior to Monday March 28, 2022.
