Due to the pending postal strike, couriers are experiencing higher than normal volumes.  If using a courier, please ensure sufficient time is allowed for delivery.  For this Request for Information only (not a competitive bid) packages delayed by couriers will be accepted by Purchasing if delivered within a reasonable timeframe to consider.
