The main objective of this Proposal is to secure an Employee Benefit Consultant for the Corporation of the Town of Whitby who will review the competitiveness of the current benefit plan, investigate the feasibility of savings, identify how the Town may optimize benefit expenditures and efficiencies, enhance market alignment and minimize risk and exposure, including improved disability claims management and/or sick leave management and to establish a long-term partnership with a provider who can meet the objectives. |
